1 oz Spinach has twice as much iron as 1 ounces of beef. Leafy vegetables are a wonderful source of iron and calcium.

Iron from plant foods is absorbable than non-heme iron, and only 2 to 20 percent. You can have your baby absorb the increase it is by feeding something rich in vitamin C in the same meal as the food iron. In addition, cooking in iron pots, you can get more iron in the diet. I do not know if the yeast ('s good food for babies or not to check with your doctor, I'm sure it's good), but many brands contain vitamin B12. To www.nutritiondata.com, and there are hundreds of foods rich in iron in place, and you can select the categories (such as fruit and vegetables) instead of seafood.

Congratulations on your baby!

Your choice of a regime harmful to your baby. they need a balanced diet. Vit B meatss etc and also iron.

Suggest injections of iron and vitamin B12 injections? You can always ask for them. I like (a baby for the same reason and not just deficient vegan)

The iron is inbreast milk.

But surely the spinach.
Put some mashed berries, vegetables, egg yolks, tofu (will not be cooked first)
Mashed potatoes and corn muffins. Pasta
Vegetable Medly add some mashed potatoes, sauteed onions
Avocado Puree
Rice and wheat germ, blueberries, melons, cherries, etc.
In contrast, all other vegetables with vitamins.

Hope this helps. Is this not to criticize the juice
Never heard of a vegan baby.
All the best, perhaps the bet Slao can check whether an additional increase this low level

- Leafy vegetables
Try green smoothies, if the baby can have fruit and vegetables.
In addition to fruits and vegetables, you have nuts, seeds and grains. The most important thing is to get enough calories. If you get enough calories in the form of good food, all nutrients are preserved.

2 sheets of foods that we recommend are hemp and paper.
To have enough to eat lettuce leaves without becoming ill, you may want to try to green smoothies:

4 Hemp T = 40% iron by an adult

- Hemp, as above mentioned, the milk mixed extract from it (with 1 cup water)

- Sprinkled Lin, ground and pureed vegetables, etc.
